This Privacy Policy describes how Openlogic Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Openlogic", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you register or use the Openlogic Club partner portal ("the Platform"). By registering on the Platform, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Identity: Full name, date of birth (if provided), PAN number.
Contact: Mobile number, email address, city, state.
Business: Firm name, GSTIN (optional), business type.
KYC documents: Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank passbook or cancelled cheque, uploaded digitally through the portal.
Financial: Bank account number, IFSC code, UPI ID for commission payouts.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, lead submissions, login timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

To verify your identity and process your partner registration.
To calculate and process commission payouts via UPI, NEFT, or IMPS.
To send you notifications about lead status updates, commissions, and platform announcements.
To comply with applicable Indian laws including GST, TDS (Section 194H), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
To prevent fraud and maintain the security of the Platform.
To improve the Platform's features and performance.

3. KYC Documents

KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank proof) are collected solely for identity verification and financial compliance. They are stored securely and accessed only by authorised Openlogic staff. We do not sell or share KYC documents with third parties except as required by law.

4. TDS Compliance

If your annual commission exceeds the threshold prescribed under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act, 1961, Openlogic will deduct TDS and issue a Form 16A. Your PAN number is required for this purpose. Providing an incorrect PAN will result in higher TDS deduction as mandated by law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Payment processors: Banks and UPI platforms to execute commission payouts.
SMS/Email providers: To send OTPs, notifications, and account alerts.
Government authorities: As required by law (TDS filings, GST, court orders).
Auditors: As required for statutory audit purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. KYC documents and financial records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required under Indian tax and company law. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to our legal retention obligations.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage of passwords, HTTPS for all data transmission, and restricted access to sensitive data. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable session security on your device.

8. Cookies

The Platform uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Clearing your browser cookies will log you out of your account.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate information via your partner profile.
Request deletion of your account (subject to legal retention requirements).
Opt out of non-essential communications.

10. Children

The Platform is intended for persons aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
